Vertical leaf filter working process:

1, open the oil inlet valve of the valve, and the overflow opening pump, fill the oil to the tank, mirror observed liquid flows out from the overflow pipe, illustrate the raw liquid tank has been filled.

4, cake blowing process, stop the pump liquid inlet valve closed, open the inlet valve, start blowing cake, pressure is generally maintained at 0.45 - 0.5pa, the best effect of biscuit, cake blowing time is generally 15-30 min, mirror from the observation above tube, above has little half mirror, can stop the biscuit.
5, the vibration tapping process, open sewage valve, will return to the original tank vertebral lower solution, open the exhaust valve, so that the pressure back to zero, open the valve, vibration tapping.

Operation process and requirements:

First, open the inlet valve is heated to 65-90 ℃ slag containing crude oil or material pumped into the bottom inlet after about 30min until full. Open the oil valve chamber when the pressure is gradually increased by about 0.2-0.4MPa. Filter common faults and maintenance:

1, under thick thin on the cake was pear-shaped: This is the filter press into the cake when the pressure fluctuations due to the concentration of the diluted filtrate leaving under thick caused. Will directly affect the filtration area and the rate of decline; and the filter cake quit blowing unclear; Remedy: Timely excess oil filter tank overflow discharge from the mouth, back hair tank; adjust the operating pressure to the right point;
2, the filtrate turbid: Cause: filter is damaged, there is a gap pinch edges Plates; filter sheet discharge port O-ring is not sealed; filtration pressure fluctuations; crude oil entrained in the air; the oil pipeline solid impurities remaining in uncleared; mesh filter aid and the filter does not match; individually excluded for these reasons, and the filtrate was finally reached to clarify;
3, the filter pressure rises too fast, filtration cycle is too short: The main reason is the "filter clogged" aid too small, plus an increase in oil filter temperature is lower gum blocked filter channels;
4, the vibrator does not shake: reason: gas pipeline wrong, causing the gas flow is small, low pressure and can not start; check correct supply line and the air compressor to ensure normal vibration of the vibrator.
